Interim notice. These terms describe the public marketing pages and the public demo. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by counsel.
Terms
These terms apply to the public Data Board marketing pages. Use of the live application is additionally subject to the rules of your organization, and to any later written agreement.
The site
The marketing site is provided as-is, to describe the product and point you to the live demo. We may change or take down pages without notice.
The demo
“View demo” opens the application at app.databoardapp.com. Demo workspaces are temporary, expire after 24 hours, may be reset or deleted, and are not for production plant data. Do not enter secrets, personal data of others, or controlled information into a demo.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or scan the site or the application.
- Do not impersonate Data Board or misrepresent an affiliation.
- Do not use the demo to store real customer, employee, or plant operational records.
Intellectual property
Product names, copy, and design on this site belong to Data Board unless noted otherwise. The application remains a separate product hosted on its own infrastructure.
No warranty
Until a signed agreement says otherwise, the marketing site and the public demo are offered without warranties of merchantability, availability, or fitness for a particular engineering program.

7. Demo version
7.1 Data Board is currently provided as a demo version, free of charge, for testing and evaluation only. New registrations are paused; existing accounts may continue to use the demo.
7.2 Please do not enter real business data, confidential information or personal data of yourself or others, except the email address needed to sign in. You are responsible for any data you choose to enter.
7.3 Demo data, including accounts, boards and content, may be changed, reset or deleted at any time without notice, and we do not keep backups for you. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
7.4 The demo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we give no warranty or guarantee that it will be available, error-free, secure or fit for any particular purpose, and we may change, suspend or end it at any time.
7.5 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the demo, including loss of data, profit or business.
7.6 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, in particular liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under product liability law, or under data protection law, nor any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
